In evaluating investment targets, we seek unique situations where our global relationship network can create excess value while reducing overall business risk to the strategic execution of the targeted business opportunity. As a general rule we will not invest in consumer goods, retail, restaurant or entertainment industry opportunities.

Our Process

In evaluating business opportunities and leadership teams to invest our time and resources into we have a methodical and rigorous evaluation process built around the maximum go slow to go very fast. One of the key factors we consider in making an investment decision is the cultural fit between our team and leadership team of the business opportunity we are considering.

We develop our investment targets through our own internal network and generally will not pursue investment opportunities where we do not know members of the business opportunities leadership team or members of the prospective business opportunity’s leadership team have not been introduced to us by someone we know and trust well. We welcome warm introductions to new business possibilities that fit our profile from people we know and trust.
